In 2016 the number of self build projects have increased enormously and thus the need for Self build Insurance to go with it. We have expanded our options with a  number of insurers and now we can provide 12, 18 and 24 months self build Insurance policies.  These have the  options of extending at 3 months at a time in all cases.  This is based on the facility we have with one of our insurers.
